When Susurrus was born, the idea was to incorporate a fresh look to the restaurant and a philosophy that combined a fusion of South American cuisine with Mediterranean ingredients. The restaurant’s feel and ambience mirrored the meaning of the name, Susurrus, which identifies it as a whispering or rustling sound in nature. The cuisine follows a journey through the South American continent, where techniques from an array of countries are combined with Mediterranean ingredients to create a harmonious menu. Our team has been awarded the Michelin plate for three years running, and are now seeking to expand their team to continue growing and developing the restaurant.

Food and Beverage servers perform a variety of hospitality services within a restaurant. They take orders from customers, provide them with information on daily specials, deliver orders and ensure that every other aspect of customer service is covered so that customers are converted into patrons.
